Things are getting fresh crisp and local in the cafeteria. After a very successful reception from the Lundy students, today at the HS our food service department unveiled a line of homemade salads. Today 62 students preordered the Asian Chicken Salad. Crisp local Romaine lettuce topped with teriyaki glazed chicken, mandarin oranges and Oregon grown grape tomatoes with a lite sesame ginger dressing and crispy chow mein noodles. Plans also include the debut of a chicken Caesar, a tuna salad and a southwest chicken salad.
