The Lowell School District would like to partner with the Lane County Diaper Bank, a nonprofit organization whose purpose is to assist low-income families to meet their need for diapers. They provide diapering supplies at no charge to local, approved partner agencies who then distribute the resources directly to families in need. Please provide answers to the following questions in this short survey in order to help us assess the needs of those in the community in need of diapers and diapering supplies.
