Any person may submit written questions or comments during the meeting and the committee will address these during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Questions or comments may also be submitted in advance by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include “Public Comment” in the subject line of the email. Written comments received by 5:00 PM on May 19, 2020 will be read during the public comment section of the May 20 meeting.

Regular Board Meetings are primarily scheduled for the fourth Monday of every month, with Public Session starting at 7:00 PM. When there is a holiday on the fourth Monday of the month, the meeting will normally be held on the third Monday. Study Sessions are tentatively scheduled to provide the opportunity for the Board of Directors to meet and study an individual aspect of the District.
