On March 2, 2015 many schools across the US will be celebrating "Read Across America" day. Because reading is such an important focus at Lundy Elementary, we will be joining in the celebration and invite you to join us. From 8:00-8:45 we will be having "Green Eggs and Ham", at 8:45 we will be having a school-wide assembly in the Lundy gym with a special guest reader. Wow, what a great day we had at Lundy! We started the day off with "Green Eggs and Ham", then transitioned to an action packed assembly where Ben Silebi and Abbey Rius acted out the book by Dr. Seuss with the help of some of the sixth grade. Come join us for a night of fun at the PTO's first pizza and movie night. Papa's pizza will be on site with pizza and soda. After dinner we'll be watching Big Hero 6, a fun family movie for kids and adults of all ages! All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
