Hello Lowell Families and Community,
Happy Thanksgiving! Things will be a little crazy around the district with only two school days this coming week so we want to make sure that we let you know how very thankful we are for our students, staff, and our community.
Lundy Elementary held a very successful bookfair last week. They are so thankful for all of the families that came out and supported the event!
Mark your calendars for the next “Six Week Celebration Day” for Lundy students. December 5, will be the next big event to celebrate good behaviors in the school. More information will be shared soon!
Lowell Jr/Sr High Red Devils of the Week last week were Jayson Islas, Alauna Young, Marley Plahn, Jade Clark, Brooklyn Anderson, Madison Thurman, Callum Plahn, Tyler Harris, Carter Harris, Alex Sotomayor, and Adam Davis.
Mr. Decrane's 7th grade Middle School Success class won the monthly attendance contest for the second month in a row and enjoyed donuts and games last Wednesday morning.
A big congratulations to our Lowell Red Devil’s football team for making it to quarterfinals in the state playoffs. They had a 9-2 record which is a testament to their outstanding season! #GoRedDevils
A reminder that Lowell School District offers free breakfast and lunch to all students at Lundy, Mountain View Academy and Lowell Jr/Sr High. If you are in need of other resources for food and free meal sites, please visit https://www.foodforlanecounty.org/food/pantries-and-meal-site-locations/.
As a reminder, there is no school November 26, 27, or 28, to allow time for our families to spend time together and give thanks.
Stay safe, healthy, and kind!
