Hello Lowell Families & Community,

Did you know that we are down to the last 45 days of school? With sunny days and summer on the horizon, we are all starting to leave the winter doldrums behind.

Mrs. Edgerton is still on the hunt for those with perfect attendance! Make sure you are on the list and earn a yummy cinnamon roll this month!

New self-managers earned their badges at an assembly on Thursday! Lundy has a great group of leaders!

The end of the quarter was April 9, and the new quarter starts Monday. Make sure to start the fourth and final quarter of the year off strong and knock those final grades out of the park! Tutoring is still available for those that need or want a little extra help. Contact the office to find out tutoring schedules.

The Lowell Jr/Sr High Red Devils of the Week were: Haylee Fulton, Ben Johnson, Xavier Islas, and Jason Crawford. Keep up the great work!

Lowell Choir did it again with an outstanding performance and a sweep of all divisions. They are District 7 Champs! Both choir and band have qualified for state.

Early Childhood Hub of Lane County is here to help with the joys and challenges of raising a child during the early years. There are resources for parenting, caregiving, and free and low-cost opportunities for learning and playing. https://www.earlychildhoodlane.org/

We still have opening on our Lowell SD Budget Committee. Work alongside our dedicated board members to help guide and shape our school budget. Inquire at info@lowell.k12.or.us.

The Lowell School District is looking for parents, community members and students interested in serving on the District Equity Committee. Meeting times and dates are TBD depending on the needs of the committee. If you are interested, send an email to info@lowell.k12.or.us.

Stay safe, healthy, and kind!
