Hello Lowell Families & Community,

We are gearing up for the last week of the 2025-2026 school year! This year was amazing! Our students grew in academics, citizenship, and of course, size! They look like they are ready to take on bigger challenges, new classes, and great adventures. As we are sending off the Class of 2026 with well wishes for an amazing future, the rest of the students are enjoying end of the year activities.

Lundy's Jog-A-Thon is on Tuesday, June 9! Don't forget to collect those donations and start stretching. Final collections are due by 8:00am on Wednesday, June 10th. If runners have collected their donations before that deadline, they are more than welcome to turn their packet in early. Thank you for always supporting Lundy!

The Lundy Awards Assembly is on Wednesday, June 10, at 10:00am. We welcome parents to join us to celebrate these awesome students!

On Thursday, June 4, our Seniors and Kindergarteners participated in the long-held Lowell tradition of the Kinder Walk. Our soon-to-be graduates walked through the halls of both Lundy and LHS with their Kindergarten buddies, while all the students looked on. It was heartwarming to watch our Seniors alongside our Kindergarteners as one group begins their journey at Lowell and the other says farewell.

The biggest event of the week is Graduation for the Class of 2026, which takes place tonight, Friday June 5, at 7:00 pm. We are excited to celebrate the hard work and success of our graduating Seniors and encourage the community to come out and support them.

Thank you to everyone who attended Lowell Jr/Sr High Spring Concert. We had a great turnout, and the music program put on outstanding performances!

Thursday, June 11, is an early release day and the last day of school for all our students.

The Summer Recreation Program registration is on the way so be on the lookout! The program will run from July 6-August 14. There will be breakfast and lunch provided, supervised activities and field trips!

Are you looking for a fun way to get volunteer hours, gain leadership experience, and make a difference in the lives of younger kids this summer? Join our Summer Recreation Team as a Junior Leader! Junior Leaders will help with activities, games, crafts, and encouraging campers throughout the program. If interested, please apply through the link: https://forms.gle/pCtHS7G48j4BGBmr6

Kick off your summer, learn about summer resources and connect with local organizations, while having a great time with friends and family. Come enjoy a live DJ, flash vinyl and laser cutting lessons, yard game tournament, door prizes, and more! Bonanza at Booth-Kelly on June 13, is a free event for all. https://connectedlane.org/bonanza/

Stay safe, healthy, and kind!
