OHPartartartartDear Lowell Families and Community,

October is National Principals Month! Lowell School District wants to remind everyone how awesome our principals are! If you see Mrs. Edgerton or Mr. Winn, take a moment to thank them for all that they do for our students and staff!

Lundy Students have one more weekend to sell as many Domino's cards as they can! If you would like to support our Lundy students by purchasing a card, you can do so at https://buy.dominos.cards/jessicaedg. All order forms are due on Monday, October 19.

Please be sure to check out the lost and found for any of your items before it all gets donated! It is overflowing with sweatshirts and jackets!

Thank you to those who have made attendance a priority for your students. Mrs. Edgerton will continue to celebrate students with perfect attendance each month with donuts!

Lowell Jr/Sr High has had quite a bit of illness making its way through the school. As we move further into the fall season, we want to encourage everyone to take care of themselves and those around them. Getting plenty of rest, practicing good handwashing habits, and staying home when sick can help keep our school community healthy.

Next week, LHS juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to attend a college fair at Lane Community College. This is a great opportunity for students to explore their options after high school, learn about different colleges and programs, and begin thinking about their future educational and career pathways.

The Digital Design class has started diving into our new 3D printers! Students have been learning how to set up and operate the printers, experimenting with test prints, and exploring the process of designing products for 3D printing. We're excited to see how students use this technology to bring their ideas to life. We'll have pictures to share as students begin producing their own creations!

LHS art students are wrapping up a project focused on exploring color value and realism, using animals as their subjects. Students have been working on capturing details, shading, and variations in color to create realistic artwork. It's been great to see their creativity and artistic skills on display!

Congratulations to Yareli Delgado, last week's Red Devil of the Week! We appreciate Yareli's positive contributions to our school community and are proud to recognize her!
