Senior Spotlight: Keara Miller

Our Senior Spotlight goes to home-town girl Keara Miller! She participated in choir, dance, drama club, nerd club, and softball and volleyball. Being in the district for 13 years, Keara has made many friends and she said that she will miss them and all her teachers. Her favorite teachers were Ms. Cassie, Ms. CJ, and Mr. Farrier because “they pushed her and stood by her all these years and they showed interest in her and didn’t make her feel invisible.” Her best memory included the music sleepover at the school where she and Ashley rolled chairs in a race through the hallways. Her funniest event was falling down the gym stairs during volleyball practice. Ouch! Keara plans to become an education teacher, but first, she will go to Lane Community College. Shout outs to her special teachers, Ashley, and everybody who helped her get to this point in her educational career. For those who are left behind, her advice is be the best you can be and don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise!
